Solo traveler big disappointment
The staff was great they really helped me out when I needed a ground floor room because of my back. I had my dog with me and they didn’t charge anything extra for him which was a relief

The staff went above and beyond! They were kind, and the cleaning crew did an exceptional job keeping my room spotless, especially with my two dogs. The front desk team was very understanding, accommodating both my pets and my request for a lower-level room due to my disability.
